The villa in the south-west of Berlin is located in the Wannsee district, one of the most exclusive and sought-after residential areas in Berlin. Numerous magnificent villas were built on the shores of these beautiful lakes during the German Empire and later during the Weimar Republic. The proximity to the water and the beautiful natural surroundings make the district particularly fascinating.
The neighborhood is characterized by town villas, detached houses and exclusive condominiums. Stores for daily needs, schools, daycare centers and doctors are available in the nearby Königsstraße. Public transport links are excellent thanks to the Berlin-Wannsee railroad station with its S1 and S7 lines to Berlin and Potsdam. Potsdam city center can be reached in around 30 minutes.
There is also a highway exit in the immediate vicinity. Via the Avus, you can reach the center of Berlin and Kurfürstendamm within 20 minutes by car.
The adjacent Düppeler Forst forest, the Pfaueninsel and the nearby Wannsee golf course offer a high recreational value. The nearby dog walking area offers plenty of exercise for your four-legged friend. The nearby Großer Wannsee, which provides access to all other water areas in Berlin and Potsdam, has a marina with moorings for your boat so you can enjoy the summer to the full. It is also home to what are probably Germany's best-known sailing, yachting and canoeing clubs.
