Kleinmachnow is a municipality with around 20,000 inhabitants in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark in Brandenburg. The town is particularly attractive due to the predominant development of villas, country houses and estate houses in avenues that characterise the area, lined with old trees. Over the past two decades, it has primarily attracted high-income residents. The community is located between Berlin and Potsdam on the southern border of Berlin, close to the Zehlendorf district. Within walking distance, the wooded areas and extensive hiking trails along the Teltow Canal invite you to take a stroll. The nearby Machnower See lake is also a recreational area for the whole family. With all the advantages of a small community, Kleinmachnow is a high-quality and sought-after residential area for families with children just outside Berlin and offers a wide range of cultural activities. The municipality's main economic centre is the business park on the A115, the former Dreilinden border crossing.
