Kleinmachnow is a municipality with around 20,000 inhabitants in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark in Brandenburg. It is located between Berlin and Potsdam on the southern city limits of Berlin and Zehlendorf-Nikolassee. The town is particularly attractive due to the predominant development of villas, country houses and estate houses in streets lined with old trees that characterize the area. Over the past two decades, it has primarily attracted high-income residents.
