The upscale new-build residential ensemble "The Seven" was completed in 2022 and is located in the heart of Babelsberg, right next to the Filmpark and the large film studios.
The seven detached city villas stand for one design idea: the sophisticated architecture reflects the Art Deco style and creates a very special living experience with high windows and very spacious balconies and terraces - carefree, modern and a little playful. And in a location that is second to none.
The residential complex created here is a welcome, modern addition to the location. High-quality fittings and perfect connections included! This project was planned by Fuchshuber Architekten with their proven and popular design quality.
The upscale furnishings unobtrusively support life in the house. But it is not only the latest technical achievements that are fascinating and offer every conceivable comfort, the interior design also goes far beyond the usual living requirements. Environmentally friendly building materials ensure optimum living comfort and at the same time make a valuable contribution to climate and nature conservation. The underfloor heating is operated by a future-oriented combined heat and power system (fossil) with first-class energy values (A), which can also be controlled via smartphone. The design concept combines ecological and modern living requirements in a harmonious way.
This elegant apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the "Luis" building and faces south. The two large south-facing balconies and the impressive, approx. 50 m² roof terrace, which can be reached via two entrances from the apartment, create a very special living atmosphere. Fantastic sunsets over the rooftops of Potsdam await you here. The room layout of the 4-room apartment, which has been combined from two residential units, is also impressive. The south and west-facing, bright living area is located at the rear of the building, with a beautiful view of the greenery. Plenty of space is provided for the kitchen and central island. There is also plenty of elegance in the bathroom, which can be equipped with a sauna on the way to becoming an oasis of well-being. Almost 20 m² of space meets all the requirements of a modern and elegant bathroom.
A large bedroom with a south-facing balcony, two further beautiful rooms, a high-quality shower room and two large storage rooms complete the advantageous floor plan. Many other high-quality features underline the high level of living comfort: two electrically opening terrace entrances, lighting systems, underfloor heating, oak parquet flooring, all windows with triple glazing and electric blinds, video intercom and much more.
Two XL underground parking spaces are easily accessible by elevator and make everyday life easier.
Despite the amalgamation, two economically independent apartments remain, so that a later separation or partial sale is possible at any time.
To give the city villas their own identity, each house has been given a special name: Gustav Fröhlich, Zarah Leander, Theo Lingen, Marlene Dietrich, Luis Trenker, Lilian Harvey and Emil Jannings: as a tribute to the location, the houses of The Seven are named after these famous actors. Like a string of pearls and with wonderfully large private gardens, they are strung together in the park-like grounds - and, like their namesakes, exude a touch of 1920s glamor.
