The Nauener Vorstadt is one of the most sought-after locations for high standards in Potsdam. This very attractive district developed on the former vineyards of the 18th century between Pfingstberg and Heiliger See. The names of Große and Kleine Weinmeisterstrasse still bear witness to the viticulture of that time. In the 19th and first half of the 20th century, detached villas and apartment buildings, some of them stately, were built from the city center, mainly for officers and higher officials. The result was a cohesive cityscape of high design quality, framed by spacious parks such as the Pfingstberg with the Belvedere Palace and, above all, the New Garden on Jungfernsee with Cecilienhof Palace and the Marble Palace on Heiliger See. This structure still characterizes the district today.
The commercial unit is located in the southern part of the Nauener Vorstadt near the Alexandrowka colony and the "Neuer Garten" park. The surrounding development is characterized by historic and very high-quality commercial and residential villas.
There are excellent public transport connections thanks to the streetcar stop approx. 100 meters away. You can reach Potsdam Central Station by streetcar in just 11 minutes. The A10 highway exit (Potsdam Nord) can be reached quickly by car in approx. 18 minutes and BER in approx. 40 minutes.
The Volksparkcenter with REWE, DM, Bio-Company, MBS, Jet petrol station, ATU and an ALDI supermarket are approx. 1.5 km away on Nedlitzer Straße (B 2), which leads to the city center and Spandau. You will also find Café Matschke and the Alexandrowka1 restaurant nearby, both of which offer good options for lunch. Medical care is provided by various local doctors and pharmacies in the area.
Due to its proximity to Berlin, Potsdam has excellent infrastructural features and is particularly attractive for your employees due to its tranquillity and quality of life.
